Please select the appropriate New Client option when booking. This allows me to properly service, assess, and structure your loc journey from the start. Returning clients and loc plan members are not affected. To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit must be submitted through the website, which will be deducted from the total service price. If your appointment request is denied, your deposit will be refunded in full. Please note that if you cancel your appointment on your own, the deposit will be forfeited. Booking Mistake Notice: in If you realize you selected the wrong service, date, or time, please do not cancel the request. Just send a message and I will gladly modify it for you. Cancelling the request before it is accepted will automatically forfeit the deposit and cannot be recovered. Payment for the remaining balance must be made in cash or Zelle only. A $2 fee will apply to use Apple Pay for remaining balances Contact me for details on service exchange You are allowed to reschedule once using the same deposit. If you need to reschedule twice, a new appointment must be made. If you need to reschedule the day of your appointment your initial deposit will be forfeited Regular service hours are 9 AM to 5 PM. Any service before 9 AM or after 5 PM will have an additional $35 charge. A $50 fee applies to same-day appointments and holidays Before hours, after hours and/or same-day fees are required to be paid in advance before your request can be accepted. All fees must be paid via Apple Pay or Zelle. If my schedule is closed, you can still inquire about appointments and if available, a $50 fee will be added to the service cost. New clients are requested to provide current photos/videos of their locs when prompted; otherwise, the appointment may be denied. Appointments delayed by 10 minutes will be subject to a $15 fee or cancellation if I am unable to accommodate. No-shows will incur a 85% charge. Please note that only individuals with appointments are permitted, and any additional guests will result in rescheduling with a non-refundable deposit. House calls are available within a 25-mile radius for an additional $100, while locations beyond 25 miles start at $250. Washing is included in all services except for starter locs Pricing varies based on loc quantity ranging from $85 to $150. "Sister locs" and individuals with over 120 locs are not serviced. Freeform locs are not serviced, unless booked for starter locs Please refrain from booking the loc repair “add on” alone. This might result from repeated lateness or failure to show up for appointments without prior notice. No-Show Policy: No-shows from active members will result in the immediate removal of all membership accolades and rewards.
